Excellent séjour d'une semaine. Personnels très agréables, surtout la femme de chambre. Une pépite cette dame !!! Endroit très calme et très très propre !!! Je recommande vraiment Over the Hill. Ne pas hésiter...?

Sono appena tornata da saint martin.. Posto meraviglioso e gente straordinaria. Ho alloggiato in un appartamento di questa guest House e mi sono trovata da dio. Appartamento bellissimo e con una vista sui monti che è meravigliosa. Le persone che gestiscono il tutto sono gentili e disponibili. Ogni due giorni venivano a cambiare lenzuola e buttare la spazzatura e dare una pulita. Insomma consiglio vivamente. Tutto straordinario.

Très Bon séjour à Over the Hill, nous avons passé 4 nuits en Avril.
Super Hôte Thierry, qui donne des renseignents de 'bon plan' à saint martin. La chambre était propre, Le parking est gratuit. Emplacement proche de aéroport.
Rien à dire .

Excellent séjour chez Bernice, qui est une superbe hôte. Une femme incroyable qui met à cœur de louer dès petites chambres géniales où on se sent comme à la maison. Je recommande a 100%, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Had a great stay here multiple apartments for rent here .speak English and French the views are amazing and it's away from everything else which was the best part .this is located on the French side of island .had a wonderful stay staff was friendly anybody looking to stay on the island I would recommend staying here great price good views stayed in two different apartments while we were here both were really nice. I even made a few request before we arrived and they were able to arrange it for me the flowers the chocolate in the champagne was amazing thank you for a pleasant stay you made our honeymoon a pleasant vacation thank you again so much 4 thumbs up five stars.

Great place.
Nice and cozy with a beautiful view.
We had room #7. It’s a two bedroom apartment.
Nice big private parking.
This place is on the hill. It’s very quiet area.
The location is good if you have a car. Otherwise no so much.
It’s about 10-15 min walk to the closest beach.
Near by you have 3-4 amazing beaches. Probably best on the island. Friar’s Bay, Petite Plage, Grand Case, Happy Bay.
The host is amazing. She is so friendly. Ready to help you for anything. It was amazing to be her guest.
They do lots of renovations in the apartments.
Don’t expect to get High end apartment. It’s an average apartment. Motel stile probably it will be best explanation.
But everything you need is there!
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.
Big supermarket (Super U) is about 5-7 min drive. Gas station is just a minute away.
Many good restaurants are near by. We love to eat at Lolo’s.
All together it’s excellent what you get for your money.
I’m highly recommending it.

Останавливались в Over the Hill Guest House на 8 ночей. Жили, я с супругой в "1 appartement T2", дети в комнате "1 chambre". Хозяйка Bernice хороший человек, веселая, внимательная. Дом расположен на холме. Есть WIFI, стоянка для машины. Прекрасное соотношение цена и качество!
