Ein super Hotel! Es passt alles. Nettes Personal, leckeres Essen, die Zimmer sind toll und auch der Pool auf dem Dach gefällt mir total. Das Fitnessstudio ist etwas klein, aber einen Besuch wert. Die großen Fenster und die Badewanne im Zimmer, haben mir besonders gefallen.

Me and my wife came to Pune from USA to adopt our 1 year old. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for several days first but could not extend our stay there because they were fully booked out. So we found O hotel and were excited about it first seeing all the pictures. Sadly our experience at O hotel was totally a downgrade compared to what we had in Hyatt and way more expensive. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, but wanna be a 5 star hotel. Beds were hard as rock. No international outlets for charging devices and only 2 outlets in the whole suits only 1 worked. The room felt like it has not been used for a long time and had a dusty smell. They did not offer any cribs for the baby. Staff were not rude but not very friendly either. Food and drinks were okay but way too overpriced. They also don’t allow food delivery from outside which is a ridiculous rule that I never heard of anywhere before. Good thing there are lots of good restaurants right across the street.

The only thing that I enjoyed in this hotel was the great rooftop pool and the view from there. But for the price you pay it’s not worth it. I would 100% recommend Hyatt Regency than O hotel and don’t be fooled by their pictures.

We went there for a good pool side dinner, and it was the worst decision ever. We ordered sushi and a chicken starter. The chicken was stale and not at all edible. When we politely conveyed this to tanushka the waitress there, she insulted us, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She asked us if we are eating japanese food for the first time, haven't we ever consumed it before , haven't we ever dined in before and told us you should know what it tastes like! Basically she ensured that she ruined my friend's birthday completely. Worst hospitality you can ever find in the city. If you stay there don't dine in, and if u don't stay there don't dine in at all. It's like they had hired a unsophisticated and uncivilized waitress with no decency and way of talking. Such service and food is a disgrace to O hotel. There are much better hotels and this is the worst service I have ever experienced
Disclaimer - they don't even use sushi rice for the sushi rolls.

O hotel has very good spacious rooms which are clean . If you're looking for a hotel with a premium feel, it's good . I didn't have a great experience with the food, and the hotel strictly prohibits food from outside. The good thing is , there are many great restaurants nearby and "The German bakery " next door for breakfast . The rooftop adda in this hotel has great experience, but I didn't find the food amazing or worth the high price . The hotel is perfect for someone looking to stay in a premium feel hotel with nice decor and cleanliness in at a good location. I would not think this is a 5 star hotel , more like a 4 star .

If I could give them negative points. I will really like to give them zero in every point; hospitality, service, food, breakfast and in room dining both.
I was staying with 2 kids(2yr old), The duty manager, Ms Nikita was un welcoming. Kids were cranky and we requested for early check in, she was rude enough. And when we said at least you can ask for water” she said we don’t give any water or welcome drink, go to restaurant and have it.
The food was pathetic and overpriced for no reason, and they won’t let u order from outside.
And I wanted to meet the GM, nobody let me meet him/her. Asked for him 3 times. But no reply.
I would recommend not to stay here.
And for sure now the General manager will be free enough to reply.

I did not like the rude nature of the staff. I understand the policy of no outside food, but if the customer is taking responsibility of anything going wrong, they should allow. I got a coffee n packed curd for medication purpose, not knowing the policy. They made me through it in dustbin. That was very rude. i would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Hotel management will not protect your peace and life from terrorising trouble makers

I was staying here with my wife. A guest in a room nearby was having a party on the room. When we couldn't sleep at 01:30 in the morning, my wife went to talk with the other guest to ask them to reduce the noise level so we could sleep. The guest in the other room ignored her and turned rude. So we informed the reception. For a while, they didn't do anything, so we called again. They sent a security guard, and the guest scolded the security guard. From the loud conversations, I believe I could hear another guest arguing with the drunk trouble maker as well, but I'm not sure. Occasionally, the noise got less, just to become loud again the moment we were about to fall asleep. But can you imagine what it does to your body when you're trying to sleep and for two hours, every time you're about to really fall asleep, you're woken up by abrupt noise? The noise didn't stop, so we called the reception again. We could hear the guest say that because we complained they now intended to not give us any sleep. The hotel staff still didn't take any action. They could've made the guest calm down, they could've offered us another room, but nothing. When my wife was about to fall asleep again around 3am, the troublemaker banged the fist on the door with so much force, that my wife got a panic attack. When I touched her chest, her heart was racing so fast and violently, that we both thought she's going to have a heart attack any moment. I had to take her to a nearby hospital. At 4am, we returned to the hotel, and heard that the trouble maker has checked out. But other than warm words, the hotel has not done anything to compensate us and right the wrong that for 2 hours, they allowed the trouble maker to freely rob other guests of their sleep instead of supporting the peaceful guests right from the start.
While the hotel premises are nice, the lack of support by the hotel management to deal with a terrorising guest leaves me in anguish, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at O Hotel in Koregaon Park. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a luxurious bathroom. The rooftop restaurant and pool offered stunning city views and delicious food.

The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Its prime location in Koregaon Park makes it ideal for both business and leisure. Highly recommend O Hotel for its excellent service, ambiance, and convenience!
