Völlig in Ordnung. Es ist zwar alles sehr klein, aber auch sehr günstig und gut an die öffentlichen angeschlossen. Supermärkte und alles top in der Nähe. Check-In war auch schnell und einfach. Kann man gut für ein paar Nächte machen. Für einen richtigen Urlaub oder mehr Nächte zu klein und nicht erholsam.

Do not book this place! It's impossible to contact the owner regarding any issues or requests. Also he is never on the reception desk, so to get to the room you need to be fortunate to receive a message on the app you booked, with all necessary codes to get inside. The room itself is really small, as well as a bed itself, and there is no wardrobe or even any hooks to put your cloth. The only benefit is a really low price and a location close to the station. But even considering the price I guess there are a lot of better options. Please do not repeat my mistake!

The only positive side to this place was that it was in a relatively good location, close to a tram and train. The rooms themselves felt like a prison cell. We booked a double room and when we arrived it turns out they put us in a single. So my partner and I ended up sharing 1 bed and 1 pillow for 3 nights. We tried to email and call to have the problem fixed, but no one ever answered our messages. Do not recommend this place

Un seul mot : fuyez !
Si on devait faire la liste de tout ce qui ne vas pas dans cet « appart » hôtel, elle serait plus longue qu’un bras.
Aucune explication n’est donnée sur la marche à suivre pour entrer dans le bâtiment. Nous sommes restées bloqué 15 minutes devant la porte à sonner à une sonnette qui ne fonctionne pas.
La chambre était plus que minuscule, impossible de poser les valises par terre, nous étions 2 dans la chambre, impossible de circuler sans se marcher dessus.
Prévoyez serviette et papier toilette parce que vous n’aurez le droit qu’à une seul serviette (et non pas une par personne si vous êtes plusieurs) et rien n’est changé ou ravitaillé pendant l’intégralité du séjour, que vous restiez une nuit ou un mois.
Pensez également à prendre une couette parce qu’il s’agit bien d’un lit double, mais la couette n’est que pour une personne. En plus d’être petite, les draps ne sont pas propres et les oreillers étaient déchirés.
Quant à la salle de bain, et bien, elle doit faire 1 mètre carré et vous pouvez vous doucher sur les toilettes puisqu’il n’y a même pas de parois de douche, ce qui fait que l’eau passe sous la porte, ce qui fait que la chambre peut être inondée.
Le seul point positif que nous avons trouvé est que cela est bien desservi par les transports. C’est le seul.

This is a great option if you just need a place to sleep or if you're travelling alone. It's definitely not gonna be comfortable for more than three nights.

The room isn't as small as the reviews say, it fits two people and there is room for luggage. We got two towels, but only one blanket (which we didn't have a problem with)

The self check-in can be confusing so I recommend setting a time of arrival on booking.com or sending an email to the owner. Once you do that you'll get a message with all the information you need - how to get the key to your room, the code to the main door, wifi password etc. Everything will be in german of course so just use a translator.

If you're booking this place make sure to bring slippers (for the shared bathroom) and it can happen that they'll be out of toilet paper, so you might have to buy your own. There are shops very close to the apartments so you can get any essentials there.
There's a fridge, freezer and a microwave with some glasses and cutlery.
Metro station is very close too.
It's a wonderful option for such a cheap price!

Por la parte positiva, estaba muy cerca del tranvía y el autobús, para acceder al centro, y había parking para el coche, aunque hay que pagarlo, tiene el spart cerca y kebabs, comida rápida.
Por la parte negativa, cuando llegamos y fuimos a la habitación, al abrir la puerta, la habitación era pequeña no, lo siguiente, no cabiamos ni los dos en la habitación,la cama pegada a la ventana, que ni se podia abrir, ni cerrar, no había enchufes así que movimos la cama a un lado y efectivamente encontramos un enchufe, pero también, mucha suciedad, cristales e incluso un condón usado, se notaba que esa habitación no la habían limpiado, y más cristales detrás del ventilador, asi que, decidimos bajar a la recepción a comunicarlo, no habia nadie, llamamos al número que ponía y nos cambiaron de habitación a la de al lado, algo nos solucionaron, al menos la habitación nueva, se puede ventilar, al abrir el baño, era muy muy pequeño, y el agua de la ducha inundaba el baño y se salia a la habitacion, no les cuesta nada poner una cortinilla en la ducha y un plato, o algo que eleve o retenga el agua.
Al mirar la cama, las sábanas no entraban en los colchones, el edredón solo era para una persona, menos mal que hacía calor, aparte tenía una mancha marrón y muchos agujeros, estaba rota.
Al salir al pasillo, olía fatal, y una mañana parecía que estaban limpiando y olía muchísimo a producto de limpieza.
Nos hemos tenido que ir un día antes del aparthotel y así perder el dinero de la última noche.
Pero no está recomendado, tienen mucho que mejorar, ha sido una gran decepción.
144€ las tres noches.

We could hardly find the location, had to wait for the receptionist to come, for an hour after the checkin time. They don’t pick up the phone and don’t speak English. We booked a room for two and got only one blanket, the room was extra small without any kind of wardrobe. The coffee machine gave 1/4 cup only. We got harassed by our neighbors, stalked by creepy man through the window and the bathroom had hair on the wall. Weird place tbh
