I had a very disappointing experience with Villa am Park during my recent booking. On the day of my scheduled arrival, I received a message informing me that my reservation had been canceled, leaving me without accommodation at the last minute. To make matters worse, the provider changed my booking dates without my consent, which completely disrupted my travel plans.

The communication from the property was poor throughout the process, and I was left to find alternative accommodation on my own, which was both stressful and expensive. Additionally, I was asked to initiate the cancellation request to process a refund, which placed unnecessary responsibility on me as the customer.

I requested a full refund and compensation for the extra costs, but the response was slow and unsatisfactory. This experience has led to a great deal of frustration, and I would urge others to carefully consider their options before booking with Villa am Park.
